💼 Entain starts CEE exit with $484m deal

Entain has agreed to sell a 20% stake in Entain CEE to EMMA Capital for about $484m, valuing the business at roughly $2.4bn. The unit includes STS in Poland and SuperSport in Croatia, with completion targeted for Q4 2026 pending regulatory approval. 📊🤝 After closing, Entain’s stake will fall from 67.5% to 47.5%, while EMMA will rise to 42.5% and take control of the joint venture.
