Bangkok police have made a significant breakthrough by detaining 15 former USSR citizens for orchestrating fraudulent internet traffic. 🌐 The group, hailing from Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, was apprehended by Thailand's Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau in the capital city on November 14. Inside a Bangkok premises, the suspects were caught red-handed managing online traffic and luring individuals to invest in a fake cryptocurrency scheme. Authorities seized 25 laptops, 15 mobile phones, and multiple scripts used in their operations. 📱💻 Preliminary charges include fraud as part of a transnational organized crime group.
