Blask’s July Rankings Put Football Content Front And Centre

Blask, working with BGaming, has published a July 2026 snapshot of football-themed game reach across iGaming operators during the FIFA World Cup 2026. The ranking tracks how many operator brands carry each title, offering a clear view of distribution rather than pure player spend.

Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass Football Bonanza led the table with 695 brand placements. It finished well ahead of Ronaldinho Scores Shoot & Win from Booming Games on 477, and Le Football Fan from Hacksaw Gaming on 358. The top 10 also featured crash, instant, live and slot formats, showing that football demand is spread across several product types.

Top Games Show Broad Supplier Momentum

The rest of the top 10 included Evoplay’s Penalty Shoot-out on 327, Endorphina’s Football 2026 on 304, and Evolution’s Football Studio on 276. BGaming placed twice through Penalty Duel with Júlio César on 262 and Lucky Pack 2026 Cup on 212. SmartSoft Gaming and Genesis Gaming also made the list.

That mix matters for operators because themed content no longer sits in a narrow seasonal slot lane. Instant games and crash titles are competing directly with established slots and live casino products when major sports events drive player attention.

Football Titles Broke Into Wider Casino Charts

Blask also examined where football games ranked among all casino titles in 10 participating countries. Big Bass Football Bonanza reached fifth place overall in Spain, while Ronaldinho Scores Shoot & Win took eighth in Brazil. Penalty Unlimited ranked eighth in France, and Goal Goal Goal: Cash Collect landed 10th in Mexico.

Further down the country lists, Kick It! Multiplayer placed 14th in Argentina, Big Bass Football Bonanza took 17th in the UK, and football titles also reached 18th in South Africa, Sweden and the US. Big Bass Football Bonanza added another top 20 finish in the Netherlands, ending in 20th place.

What The Market Signals For Operators And Studios

Spain, France and Argentina each had two football-themed games inside their national top 20 casino charts. That points to depth of demand rather than a single hit title carrying the category. For content studios, local market fit and recognisable mechanics still matter, even when the event theme is global.

Blask concluded that national team performance did not dictate game rankings. South Africa and Sweden exited the tournament early, yet football games still held top 20 positions in both markets. For operators, that suggests themed casino engagement can outlast on-pitch results when the product is easy to find and clearly linked to the event calendar.

BGaming Highlighted Homepage Impact

BGaming said Penalty Duel with Júlio César entered the top five games on Betano’s homepage after its exclusive launch. The title also climbed from 135th to seventh place in the crash category and has remained inside the top 10.

That movement highlights a practical lesson for distribution teams. Placement, exclusivity windows and timely campaign support can shift a themed title from niche inventory into a visible revenue driver during peak sports periods.
