IAG Opens All 2026 Summit Days To Registered EXPO Attendees

IAG will give every registered trade visitor and delegate complimentary access to all three summit days at IAG EXPO 2026. The move follows the previously announced one-year pause of the exhibition component, linked to venue sponsor Newport World Resorts' commitments around the Philippines' ASEAN chairmanship and scheduling delays tied to the Iran crisis.
For 2026, attendees will receive entry to the CiG iDEA Summit on 14 September and Days 1 and 2 of the IAG Academy Summit on 15 and 16 September. IAG stated that registrations remain limited to genuine industry participants and may be refused or cancelled where necessary.
What Remains On The 2026 Agenda
The exhibition may be paused, but the wider IAG EXPO format remains active. That matters for operators and suppliers that still need a regional meeting point for compliance, product discussion and partnership building, even without a traditional exhibition floor.
The IAG Academy IR Awards will proceed as a separately ticketed event. Sponsorship packages include a table for 10 guests, while individual tickets are priced at US$250. MAD and The Regulators Forum will also go ahead in 2026, with both events remaining invitation only.
Why The Offer Matters For The Market
This approach lowers the cost of participation at a time when the Philippines market is facing pressure. Free summit access keeps decision-makers engaged and preserves traffic for sponsors, speakers and service providers that rely on live industry events to maintain commercial momentum.
It also gives IAG a broad launch platform for the inaugural CiG iDEA Summit. Opening that event to the full industry in its first year should expand awareness quickly and help IAG test demand for new conference formats before paid pricing returns.
Pricing Returns In 2027
IAG confirmed that standard summit fees will resume in 2027. The CiG iDEA Summit will be priced at US$350, while the IAG Academy Summit will cost US$250 per day. A two-day booking will include a US$50 discount, and access across all three days will include a US$100 discount.
The IAG Exhibition is set to return on 14 and 15 September 2027. For exhibitors and event partners, that gives a clear timeline to plan budgets, staffing and regional activation well in advance.
